The Mindful Birth Group is an antenatal, birth and postnatal support provider that guides families along the journey into parenthood and beyond. Working as a collective, they are a team of passionate teachers who believe in impartial, inclusive education and support for expectant families.
To coincide with the launch of a range of new courses they needed help creating an engaging and welcoming brand identity to establish their position as a modern and impartial support provider.
With flowing lines and a calm colour palette, their ability to support and guide expectant parents along every step of the journey is at the heart of the brand.
We created a set of bespoke illustrations to represent what The Mindful Birth Group offers parents on the path to parenthood and beyond.
Over 100 original icons were built to visualise the actions, objects and stages involved in all types of birth.
As a company focused on mindfulness and clearing the mind, it was important for the visual identity to support this with a calm simplicity.
“When I found Mark at Cirkel I had already been on a journey around the houses with other graphic designers who just couldn’t seem to grasp the ‘less is more’ concept I was trying to achieve with our brand. As a company centred around mindfulness and decluttering the mind, as well as being inclusive, I needed the branding to reflect all of this. Mark created assets for various materials and I couldn't be happier with them. Especially the custom made icons which we have used hundreds of times across so many spaces!”
