The Pioneers are a team of people scientists, practitioners and developers united by a passion to make work better for people. They work with start-ups, scale-ups and small businesses who really care about their people and culture.
Their approach is informed by science, is data-led and utilises tech to create a great user experience for employees.
As well as working with them as a client facing design partner, we have created their marketing toolkits, presentation templates and website.
Responsive website designs and document templates helped The Pioneers express who they are and what they do.
We designed a workbook for the founders and leaders of scale-up companies who recognise that old school HR doesn’t fit the bill.
Key themes and insights were expressed through illustration, data visualisation and bespoke photography.
